Cordless is fully rechargeable and runs 7–12 days per charge, with three modes: motion-activated (starts when your dog approaches), interval (cycles every 15 minutes to save battery), and continuous flow. You can also plug the cordless version in via USB any time you want nonstop flow — it gives you both options in one unit.

You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order — just email us right away. After that window, the order is already in motion, so it will need to be delivered first; from there it falls under our normal return process below.

From the date your order is delivered, you have 60 days to decide — if it's not a hit, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked, even if it's already been used. The guarantee covers the Fountain itself; filters, mats, and other accessories are non-returnable once used, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged.

Email hello@pawsoothe.com first to get return authorization before sending anything back — that step matters, since returns shipped without it may not be accepted. Once approved, you'll ship the item to the address our team gives you, in good condition with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we don't provide prepaid labels.

Contact us right away with photos or video of the issue so we can verify it and get you sorted quickly.

Once your return is received and approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Some banks take longer to post it on their end — give it a couple of weeks before checking back in with us.

Subscription shipments work a little differently. You have 7 days from delivery to request a refund on your most recent shipment, and the item needs to be unopened and unused. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but doesn't refund shipments already on their way.

Yes. EU orders come with a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, letting you cancel or return for any reason as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging — on top of everything above.

The stainless steel bowl, basin, flow plate, and seals are covered for 2 years against defects, leaks, and corrosion under normal use. Electronic parts — the pump, USB cable, and LED indicator — carry a 6-month warranty. Normal wear, cosmetic scuffs, misuse, and consumables like filters aren't covered, and proof of purchase is required for any claim.
