By placing a subscription order, you authorize PawSoothe and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the interval disclosed at checkout, until you cancel.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped prior to your cancellation, that shipment will not be refundable but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy. If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess it. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or materially modify subscription terms. In such cases, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before changes take effect.

We have a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To start a return, contact us at hello@pawsoothe.com for instructions. The product must be shipped back to us before we can process your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are constantly updating our product and service offerings. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Service.

Reselling PawSoothe products on third-party platforms — including Amazon, eBay, or similar — is not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized reselling may result in a permanent ban from purchasing PawSoothe products and legal action where applicable.

Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any dispute you may have against PawSoothe will be resolved only through final and confidential binding arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree that you may only bring a claim in your individual capacity — not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
