2-Year Warranty
All non-electronic components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
6-Month Warranty
All electronic components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact our support team at hello@pawsoothe.com with the following information:
Our team will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. PawSoothe reserves the right to request the return of the defective product or component before issuing a replacement.
General Terms
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. PawSoothe reserves the right to determine whether a product defect is covered under this warranty. All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of PawSoothe.
This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from PawSoothe or an authorised retailer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
EU customers: If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law, including a statutory 2-year guarantee on goods. Nothing in this policy limits or waives those statutory rights.
