At PawSoothe, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This warranty policy outlines the coverage provided with your purchase.

Non-Electronic Parts

2-Year Warranty

All non-electronic components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Stainless steel bowls & basins
Top pieces & flow plates
Filtration cradles & housings
Silicone seals & gaskets
Structural defects, leaks & corrosion
Electronic Parts

6-Month Warranty

All electronic components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Water pumps & motor assemblies
USB cables & power adapters
LED indicator lights

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow product care instructions
Damage caused by accident, improper installation, or unauthorised modification
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or scuffs that do not affect functionality
Damage resulting from use with non-approved accessories or third-party components
Consumable items including, but not limited to, replacement filters
Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

Please note: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact our support team at hello@pawsoothe.com with the following information:

Your order number & date of purchase Found in your original confirmation email from hello@pawsoothe.com.

A description of the defect or issue Be as specific as possible — what happened, when it started, and how the product was being used.

Photographs or video clearly showing the defect This helps us verify your claim quickly and comply with any carrier or supplier requirements.

Our team will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. PawSoothe reserves the right to request the return of the defective product or component before issuing a replacement.

General Terms

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. PawSoothe reserves the right to determine whether a product defect is covered under this warranty. All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of PawSoothe.

This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from PawSoothe or an authorised retailer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

EU customers: If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law, including a statutory 2-year guarantee on goods. Nothing in this policy limits or waives those statutory rights.
