Warning: Your Clippers Could Be the Problem

Most dogs don't hate nail trims. They hate the tool.

They crush before they cut

Clippers squeeze the nail until it snaps. That pressure can split and crack the nail, and it's what your dog feels even on a "perfect" clip.

One slip hits the quick

On dark nails the quick is invisible. Cut too deep and it bleeds and hurts. From then on, your dog pulls away the moment you reach for a paw.

Loud grinders aren't better

Most grinders buzz like a dentist's drill and vibrate hard. Anxious dogs panic before you even start, so the trim never gets finished.

Stress-Free Nail Trims at Home

No groomer, no vet visit, no holding your dog down.

Calm & Quiet

A whisper-quiet motor your dog barely notices.

Precise & Safe

Grind little by little. No crushing, no cut quick.

Healthier Paws

Short nails mean better grip and less joint strain.

Less Anxiety

Trims become a calm routine, not a fight.

What Happens When Nails Don't Get Trimmed

1 in 3dogs are afraid of nail trims, so many owners skip them. Here's what that costs your dog.
01

Paws can't grip the floor

Long nails touch the ground first and lift the paw pads, so your dog slips on smooth floors.

02

Strain travels up the body

Toes splay and posture shifts with every step, adding strain to legs, joints and back over time.

03

One slip can hurt badly

Senior dogs and dogs with IVDD or arthritis slip more easily. Short nails help them stay steady.

Ultra-quiet

So Quiet, She Slept Through Her Trim

QuietTrim™ runs at under 40 dB, quieter than a library and far below the 70–90 dB buzz of standard grinders.

No loud buzz means no panic. Most dogs stay relaxed, and many doze off right in your lap.

For every dog

Works on Every Breed and Nail Size

3 grinding ports and adjustable speeds handle everything from tiny dogs and cats to big breeds with thick nails.

Start on the low speed, then step up only if you need more power.

Built-in LED

See Exactly Where to Stop

The LED light shows the nail clearly, so you can spot the quick even on black nails.

Grind a little at a time and stop when you see the small dark dot in the center. No guessing.

Calm Dogs, Happy Owners

Great for my dog

My dachshund gets nervous when anyone touches his paws. We introduced the grinder slowly over a few days, and now he'll sit beside me while I do his nails. Really happy with it so far.

Finally, nail trims aren't a battle

My golden retriever used to pull his paws away every time I brought out the clippers. He's still not a huge fan of nail trims, but with this grinder he's much calmer. I can actually get through all four paws now!

Simple and does the job

I've tried a couple of cheaper grinders before and wasn't impressed. This one feels comfortable to hold and doesn't seem to bother my dog nearly as much. The little light is a nice bonus too. Good purchase.

Wish I'd bought it sooner

Was a bit skeptical at first, but it works really well. The different speeds are useful, and I like being able to take a little off at a time instead of worrying about cutting too much. Definitely easier than clippers for me.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? We've got the answer.

What makes QuietTrim™ different from other grinders?

It's built to be quiet and low-vibration, the two things that scare dogs most about grinders. Add the LED light for dark nails and adjustable speeds, and nail trims stop being a fight.

Will it work on my anxious dog?

Most dogs react to noise and vibration, not the trim itself. For very nervous dogs, let them sniff it while it's off, then turn it on nearby without touching, then try one nail. Most dogs settle within a few short sessions.

Is it suitable for all sizes and breeds?

Yes. Use the small port for cats and small dogs, medium for medium breeds and large for big dogs with thick nails. Always start on the lowest speed.

How much should I grind?

On light nails, stop before the pink area (the quick). On dark nails, grind a little at a time with the LED on, and stop when you see a small dark dot in the center of the nail.

How long does the battery last?

Several weeks of trims for most owners on one charge. Recharge with the included USB cable.

Why not just walk my dog to wear the nails down?

Walks help, but they rarely keep nails short enough and they wear unevenly. Long nails change how your dog stands and walks, which puts strain on the joints.

Can I use it on cats, rabbits or guinea pigs?

Yes. Use the small port and the lowest speed.

How long do the grinding heads last?

About 2 months with weekly trims on one dog. Spare heads come in our bundles.
